  A church for those who appreciate ancient liturgy and intimate Christian fellowship, Anglican Church of the Redeemer is amazing place to worship. The church, located on the campus of Richmont Graduate School and a former Presbyterian church itself, is definitely a high church Anglican congregation. There are rich hymns played on the organ, old Book of Common Prayer liturgy, and a strong emphasis on the sacrament of communion (which is taken weekly).
  
  The sermons are thoughtful and the congregation is friendly and diverse; college students from nearby colleges and an older crowd worshiping in the same space. They have an extending greeting time in the middle of service ('passing the peace') where its impossible to remain an anonymous churchgoer. People will greet you with that Southern hospitality. If you love tradition, reverent worship, and vibrant fellowship,Church of the Redeemer is a good place to call your church home.
