  Nice place... a little outdated but not bad at all. Services they provided were great and customer service was excellent. Large rooms plenty of seating and had a kitchen for food and seating.

  Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services is a lovely funeral home with friendly and helpful staff. Great funeral services!

  Worst and most bizarre funeral experience any of us had ever had the misfortune to experience. The on-site preacher began by telling us the he had never met our loved one, had been surprised when the family asked him to officiate, and had no idea what to say. A torrent of generic Bible verses followed, peppered with bizarre comments about television shows. "Anyone know the tv show Dallas? I was real sad when Dallas went off the air. I loved JR. He had a mansion. Expensive clothes. Fast cars. Hot women. But you know what he didn't have that's even better... Jesus." "Days of Our Lives" was also referenced. In addition, and this is the worst part, the guy came out between every person who spoke and asked if anyone else would like to speak. It became clear that we were on a time table, and were being hustled out. He actually said "we're running low on time." Afterward, most of met for food, and several people said that they had wanted to speak, but had felt we needed to rush out because of this. Some said they felt denied closure. This is in contrast to every other experience I've had in my life where the funeral home said "take as much time as you need." If you want a weird, impersonal service in which you are rushed out the door, this is the place for you.

  Heritage funeral is the BEST. Our family has been using their funeral services since they first opened and will not go anywhere else. They truly treat us like part of their family when we are there.

  I cannot say enough about Curtis Ottinger at Heritage Funeral Home. He made me feel okay about my sister and her kids and that's pretty amazing.
