  It is encouraging to see the church standing firmly on biblically-based principles. I trust our Lord for continued strength to weather the maelstrom that resulted from it. I pray that the Lord will encourage them to continue to take such courageous stands as this.

  Jesus preached unconditional love and being non judgmental.
  According to the Bible you are going to be judged by our Lord the
  same way you judge others. You give real Christians a bad name.

  I applaud this congregation for standing on the Bible, which is the holy inspired word of God. Matthew 10:34-37

  a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—

  This church took a principled stand based on Biblical teachings. They should not only be applauded, they should be emulated by all New Testament believers. Hopefully this is the start of decent, moral people and organizations taking a stand against the acceptance of immoral behavior that's being forced on society by a small but vocal minority.
  
  I wish this congregation the very best. As the apostle Peter stated in his epistles, they are standing up for right even though they will be subjected to ridicule and scorn by non-believers.
